“Turbulence of Our Time” is part of my first series which portrays emotional tension of life changes. This specific painting summarizes my growth mindset and young-adult experiences with the symbolism of an airport. Contrasting the soft clouds and the chaos of travel, the painting invites the viewers to reflect on their experiences of being in-between places—both emotionally and physically.
